Hi, I'm Sarah.

I’m a therapist, coach, and consultant who works with high-achieving adults, leaders, and teams. Many of my clients are attorneys, executives, founders, therapists, and other growth-minded people who are excellent at managing everything around them and less practiced at caring for themselves.

Before this work, I spent years as a professional figure skater and later as a People Leader helping companies scale and navigate complex change. I grew up as the “steady one” in a family system that held both love and pain, so I understand what it means to keep performing while your inner world feels off-center.

Over time, that mix of lived experience and curiosity led me into psychology, leadership, and systems work. I completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy and went on to lead People Operations in a rapidly growing digital mental health company. Those roles taught me how personal history, relationships, and organizational structures all intersect.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of therapy, coaching, and consulting. I help clients make sense of their story and patterns, navigate complex relationships at home and at work, expand their emotional language and capacity, and create change that holds in the systems they live and lead in.

My style is curious, direct, and compassionate. In our work together, we slow down, name what’s really happening, and practice new moves—in your inner world, your relationships, and your leadership. My hope is that you leave with more clarity, more choice, and a life that feels more like your own.
